Just noticed there is another Mike on this bulletin board so i am putting my last initial as well. Here is my original post again.

Hi everyone. I have half ownership in 40 Acres within a mile of Moloaa Beach that i am interested in possibly leasing or partnering some type of arrangement with someone. You can only live in a tent. No permanent structures are on the property. It is very private and quiet. Only scattered trees and foliage there now.
