Zion Nicholson

Zion Nicholson was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. He spent time in Southern California studying business economics at University of California Irvine. Now back on the Island, he continues to pursue his professional real estate career as a sales agent.

Zion currently works with the professional sales team within the private club community called, The Club at Hokulia. He is devoted to serving his clients with the utmost professionalism and service at Hokulia along the Kona Coast designed for active, health-conscious adventures and avid golfers, Hokulia is the Kona Coast’s most spacious and private luxury residential community on Hawaii Island.
Zion grew up around the real estate industry, building, design and architecture. His parents are Carrie Nicholson, Director of Hawaii Life One - Big Island and Broker In Charge at Hawaii Life and Winton Nicholson with Nicholson, LLC, a General Contractor for a Design/Build company on Hawaii Island. Zion has witnessed first hand what it takes to be at the top of the industry for business and professionalism.

Zion has always had a passion for the ocean. He spends his free time surfing, diving, sailing, golfing and hiking some of the best scenic locations around the Island. Zion has always been dedicated to sharing his love of the Islands with his clients, family and friends.
