Being blessed to live in the agricultural belt of Hawai’i Island in South Kona for nearly 30 years has inspired me to expand my knowledge to be a steward of the land and malama ka ‘aina as a UH Manoa Master Gardener and an ISA Certified Arborist. I appreciate that we can grow our own food year round, which I do to an extent and I enjoy sharing what I've learned. This knowledge base and skillset contributes to how land properties and farms; both Fee Simple and Leasehold have become one of my areas of expertise.
I spent years traveling and I have lived in many places and climates. I strongly believe that Hawai’i Island is the best place in the world to live for so many reasons. I Love this Island, the people and the culture. I am grateful and humbled to call Hawai’i home. This island offers different climates, amenities and vibes. I trust that most people can figure out which area is a good fit for them. This may be dictated by distance to work, weather, property values or lifestyle amenities. I can assist you with determining where on Hawai’i Island best suits you.
When I'm not working, you'll find me singing, in the garden, cooking, playing with my 2 rescue dogs, working on home projects, at the beach and frequenting Farmer's Markets. I believe in eating local and supporting local businesses.
