What can I say, living on Maui has been a wonderful experience. I arrived on Maui at the age of 19, with a hundred dollars in my pocket and a surfboard. When I was 23 years old, I built my first home in Haiku. My real success is my family. My beautiful wife and I raised four wonderful kids, and they are all doing extremely well and are raising their own families.
Maui real estate has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I have received numerous awards as a Top Producer in my 27-year career. I have been blessed working and living on Maui for the past 49 years. The diversity of my interests has allowed me to develop the sales and marketing skills I currently use to successfully brand and market unique island properties on Maui. I am a web geek and top blogger in the State of Hawai’i. The reason I blog is to support the marketing of my properties and tie them into the Maui lifestyles, and share them on the internet and with the world. I have had the honor to work on many of Maui’s most distinctive sales projects, which include Wailea Beach Villas, Ho’olei Wailea, and Papali Wailea. Other project sales I have successfully sold include Wailea Fairway Villas and Spreckelsville on Maui’s North Shore. I also managed and sold a subdivision in Haiku. My experience extends from the luxury communities of Wailea and Kihei, to cottages and estates in Upcountry Kula, Pukalani, Haiku, Maui North Shore, and across Kaanapali on the west side of the island. I believe in hard work that produces results. I am committed to effectively producing a successful closing for your real estate transaction on Maui. Prior to real estate I was a licensed contractor for 16 years on Maui, and owned Nickens Interiors with my brother. I have been active in the local church on Maui. In my spare time I am an avid surfer, windsurfer, play guitar, and enjoy gardening. I love and enjoy living on Maui.
