Aloha, my name is Stephanie and I am the mother to 3 awesome children on the beautiful island of Maui. My son is 8 and I have 6 year old twin daughters. When I was 19, I made my move from Ohio to Hawai'i and I haven't looked back since. I live by the Aloha spirit and believe the islands are such a unique and special place to call home. I'm grateful and feel so blessed to raise my children here. In my free time I love to play on our incredible beaches, train Jiu Jitsu, island hop, go to the gym, spend time with my family/animals and catch the sunset. Some of my other interests include exploring new opportunities to invest and create financial freedom. My family and I love a good adventure and we love to travel to new... & familiar places!
From a very young age I had an entrepreneur mindset focused around helping people in some way. Over the course of time, my drive to help others succeed has evolved into many different facets pertaining to physical, financial and emotional growth. I consider myself driven and self-motivated with the biggest dreams. In college I studied education, business and economics. For some time I also embarked on helping people live more holistic lifestyles. Currently, my focus is to help my clients reach their real estate and financial goals. I've always been passionate about being of service to others and it helps me express gratitude for all the blessings I've received in my life to guide people to fulfill their intentions.
I believe the combination of my life experiences, interests and goals worked harmoniously to bring me to a career in real estate. I grew up watching my mother transform less than desirable properties with little resources. Giving new life to old homes and watching the vision unfold is something that really gets me excited. I believe restoring homes, restores neighborhoods. Design, architecture, new builds and DIY projects are some personal interests of mine. We just finished building our first cottage upcountry and it's been such a rewarding experience. I gained so much knowledge throughout that process. Some of my specialities as a real estate professional are working with First Time Home Buyers, Veterans, Off-island Clients, Vacant Land, New Construction, Families, Vacation Rentals, Investment Properties and Listings.
I am passionate and committed to helping my clients find the right deal for them so they can start or continue to establish long term wealth. Developing a relationship, being consistent, dependable, expressing genuine interest in the needs of my customer and adding value are things I take great pride in.
