With 20 years in vacation property management, Pamela Joyce, whom also goes by PJ, is able to offer clients the necessary resources for home buying and a deep understanding of what it takes to care for and maintain a home in Hawaii. This keen insight combined with a love for homes and interior design is how PJ guides her clients who are either buying or selling their home. Whether a client is looking to purchase their dream home, an investment property, or build a Spec home PJ is knowledgeable in all areas, from financing, finding a good investment, to construction loans and lumber companies.

Outside of work, Pamela Joyce is a true creative at heart and enjoys creating one-of-a-kind jewelry and art of all types and teaches yoga at our local studios here on the Big Island.
