Real estate isn’t just what I do, it’s been part of my story since childhood tagging along with my dad, who built the first real estate and mortgage brokerage serving the Vietnamese community in my hometown of San Bernardino, CA. That early foundation grew into a career spanning every corner of the industry.
After graduating from Cal State Fullerton, I spent years working with some of the nation’s largest residential homebuilders, developing a rare end-to-end understanding of how new home communities come to life, from dirt to doorstep. An MBA from UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business followed before starting my own brokerage in Southern California, Cinch Real Estate + Mortgage.
Then came the pivot. My family decided to live abroad in Japan, immersed in a culture built on precision, hospitality, and a deep reverence for place. It deepened everything; my patience, my perspective, and my sense of what a home truly means.
Next stop, Kauai. And not just to admire the view. I put my homebuilding roots to work, diving into new home construction on the island before joining Hawaii Life as a Broker Associate. It is the kind of full-circle moment that is hard to plan and impossible to fake.
Today I bring big-market expertise, a global outlook, and a genuine love for this island and its community to every client I work with. Whether you are buying your first home, investing, or making your own leap to island living, I have made the journey from LA to Aloha, and I am ready to help you make yours.
