Michelle was great to work with when I needed help selling my sister's condo. This was our first time selling a property and we were both located out of state at the time of the sale, which made things even more complicated! Michelle was very patient with walking us through the sales paperwork and recommending local vendors to help with the cleaning (she even checked the quality of their work afterward since we were unable to do it ourselves).
