Earlier this morning I became aware that a property I had been interested in might still be available. I had met Michelle a couple of months ago when she was about to show this property - which she allowed me to view at the time.
I was unable to find the information this real estate agent had given me - y' know- her name agency and phone number so I got online and found her - Michelle, and gave her a call to inquire about this property. I had Michelle convinced for about 1 minute that she was the agent for this deal and myself for only a few seconds longer after Michelle efficiently and convivialy determined that she was, not the person I had been seeking and without a hitch (thereby deferring any embarrassment I might have felt ) gave me a few helpful suggestions to find the person I was looking for. And THEN Michelle answered several of my novitiate questions nicely, the last she answered with something pretty close to "people are pretty nice if you are polite to them".
That did not exactly restore my faith in humanity, but some of them for sure.
BEST OF THE BEST - You can trust Michelle Wood!! I know many realtors but I chose to work with Michelle because she is definitely the best in the industry. One thing that stands out most during my home purchase is that she negotiated with the sellers and got them to lower the price of the home by $40,000... wow amazing savings!!! Not only did she get me a much better price for the home but she got the sellers to give me an additional sellers credit during my home inspection. She promised me her best and she definitely delivered. This is what makes Michelle so incredibly valuable and for that, I am referring her to all my friends & family! Thank you Michelle!!
