As Director of Operations for the Josh Jerman Team at Hawaii Life, I serve as an extension of the team, providing support for day-to-day operations while promoting business development and growth. I focus on streamlining processes, creating systems, ensuring the team has the tools and resources to succeed, and driving strategies that generate sales and attract new listings. I approach every initiative with integrity and take pride in delivering thoughtful, results-driven leadership that empowers our team and enhances client experiences.

Maui’s landscapes are both my playground and inspiration. I find joy in long-boarding, hiking the crater, running, enjoying a round of golf, or adventuring with my beagle, Oakey. These experiences in nature translate to the way I work, cultivating focus, purpose, and a dedication to excellence in everything I do.
