Wailua is located on Kauai’s “Coconut Coast”, the East side of the island. This area is predominantly residential land and tropical forest. Wailua’s coastline is home to stretches of sandy beach and surf breaks popular among kite surfers; with its consistent trade winds many frequent Wailua beach park.
