• Zoned for immediate development of single-family residential lots subject to civil plan approval. POLITICAL APPROVAL BY THE GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN OBTAINED.

A water commitment deposit of $10,650 is required annually to maintain the commitment of the 71 EUs. The cumulative annual payments, currently $116,500, will be credited towards the final facilities charge for the development.
