My Team Approach
I recently assisted a seller in getting their condo ready to sell. We only had a one-and-a-half-week period to get the condo ready. During that timeframe, I achieved getting the pre-home inspection, plumbing issues fixed, staging, electrical repairs, decluttering, photography, and video completed.
Using my team of reliable, reputable, and responsible vendors, we could move quickly and efficiently. Having long-term relationships with vendors and support staff with the same values as I do, creates a win-win situation for my clients.
My Love of Hawaii
Little did I know that Hawaii was meant for me. And it all started with my first trip to Hawaii at age 10 for a family reunion.
Falling in love with Hawaii is easy with the great weather, white sand beaches, outdoor lifestyle, and happy residents.
Hawaii became my happy place at age ten and is still to this day. Fate stepped in multiple times and helped to create my love of Hawaii with my family and my husband (who grew up here). Amazingly, Hawaii only gets better the longer I live here, and I am happier.
