Brad is Hawaii-born and Maui-raised, and he grew up golfing, snorkeling and surfing the same coastline he represents today. After earning a degree in Business Management from Colorado State University, he spent seven years selling data network services for a Fortune 100 company in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley, a demanding training ground in negotiation and client service. In 1998 he came home to Maui to build a career in real estate, following in the footsteps of his mother, Helen MacArthur. From 2011 he served as Principal Broker and Co-owner of Wailea Realty before joining forces with Hawaii Life, where he now leads MacArthur Team Maui alongside his sons.
