There’s a special kind of joy that comes from truly loving where you live. It’s not just about the home you’re in, but the feeling you get when you walk down a familiar street, wave to a neighbor, or stop by your favorite local spot. That sense of connection is what gives a neighborhood its heartbeat, and it’s what inspired me to create the Love Where You Live series, a celebration of the people and places that make our community of Hawaii Kai feel like home.
One of my favorite parts of creating this series is spotlighting local treasures that truly make our community special. Rebloom Furniture is one of those places. It perfectly captures the spirit of loving where you live — thoughtful design, sustainable, and a whole lot of heart.
When you discover places like Rebloom, you realize how much the character of a neighborhood comes from the people who pour passion into what they do. It’s those creative touches, thoughtful details, and personal connections that make our community more than just a place to live — they make it a place to belong.

Nestled in the Kalama Valley Shopping Center, Rebloom Furniture is a delightful blend of style, sustainability, and creativity. The moment you step through the door, you’re greeted with a warm smile from the lovely store proprietor and Eclectic Quality Curator, Lynn Kenton. Her eye for detail and passion for beautiful spaces shine through every inch of the store. Lynn has an incredible knack for curating stylish, nearly new furniture, accessories, and artwork that feel both timeless and fresh.

The shop itself has such a fun, inviting vibe — every visit feels like a mini adventure. No two trips are ever the same; there’s always something new to discover. On my most recent visit, I couldn’t resist leaving with not one, not two, but three Monstera catchall dishes — perfect for keeping my jewelry and favorite trinkets organized in island-inspired style.

As you wander through the store, your eye can’t help but be drawn to the beautiful island artwork adorning the walls. From emerging local talents to renowned island artists like Mark Brown, Rebloom celebrates Hawaii’s vibrant art scene in such a meaningful way.

Whether you’re looking to refresh your home with a statement piece, find that perfect accessory, or simply enjoy a dose of design inspiration, Rebloom Furniture is a must-go destination. It’s the kind of place that not only enhances your home — it brightens your day.

What I love most about Rebloom is how it celebrates the idea of “reblooming” — giving beautiful, well-loved pieces a second life. Each item has a story, waiting to be reimagined in a new home.
With easy access and ample parking in the Kalama Village Shopping Center, visiting Rebloom couldn’t be easier. So next time you’re nearby, stop in, say hello to Lynn, and see what treasures are waiting to be discovered and rebloomed!
