Alexandra O'Neill

Island born with a deep respect for land and lifestyle, guiding clients through Hawai‘i’s most exceptional properties.

Born in Princeville on the North Shore of Kaua‘i and raised helping care for her family’s agricultural property in nearby Kīlauea, Alexandra O’Neill has a lifelong connection to the land and lifestyle of Hawai‘i. Growing up surrounded by agriculture and stewardship instilled in her a deep appreciation for the islands and the importance of place and community.

For the past 10 years, Alexandra has called Maui home, where she built a successful career working with clients from around the world in luxury resort real estate sales. She became a top-producing sales professional and was recognized as the #1 sales agent in the company in 2018–2022.

With a Master's in Psychology Alexandra specializes in a consultative approach to client relationships. Her adeptness at navigating important real estate decisions with her clients stems from thoughtful guidance, a lifetime in Hawaii, and strong communication.

When she’s not working with clients, Alexandra enjoys long boarding Maui’s waves, hiking island trails, and exploring the outdoors with her Moloka‘i dog.
