After visiting the beautiful island of Kauai in 1999 from her home state of Colorado, Shana and her family were enamored by the scenery and weather and decided to make Kauai their new home. She remains an active traveler between the islands and the mainland and knows how to help you find a second home of your own, make a permanent transition to the island life, or simply a smart investment in your future.
Shana has years of experience she can put to work for you. Her diverse background includes mortgage banking, working as a loan originator and underwriter for a Fortune 500 company, and as a small business owner. She is a veteran in real estate ranging from single family, condominiums, multi-family, foreclosures, investment properties, vacant land, property management, and home remodeling.
She has been described as a woman who is persevering, attentive to detail with high drive and stamina. Real estate has been in her blood for a long time and she thrills in the hunt for a prime location for you. She would love to work strategically on your behalf.
When she is not caring for her family, she enjoys horses, hiking, gardening and the wonders of Hawaii.
Shana is very active advocate and contributor to the disabled community on Kauai. A portion of all of her proceeds are donated to various groups in the community to support integration of people with disabilities into the community.
