You could say my passion for real estate was built from the ground up. Born in a tree house in Hāʻena, Kauaʻi, and raised on Oʻahu’s North Shore, I developed a deep connection to Hawaiʻi’s natural beauty, culture, and island lifestyle from an early age. This appreciation for our land and communities continues to inspire the way I serve my clients today.

After graduating from high school, I found myself holding a college registration form in one hand and a passport application in the other. I made the decision to follow my passion for surfing for a year and challenge myself against the best in the world. What began as an adventure became a 20-year professional career that took me across the globe and taught me invaluable lessons in discipline, perseverance, humility, and commitment.

Through years of dedication and becoming a true student of my craft, I achieved an X Games Gold Medal, 15 World Tour victories, and lifelong friendships and relationships around the world. The journey was filled with both successes and challenges, each shaping the person and professional I am today.

After my competitive surfing career, I transitioned into the action sports industry, where I spent 10 years as the Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Manager for the Pacific Rim division of a global apparel brand. I successfully grew the business throughout the region and was honored as Sales Representative of the Year for three consecutive years. More importantly, I built my career on creating meaningful relationships, understanding my clients’ needs, and delivering service with the highest level of care and integrity.

Although surfing played a defining role in my life, I have always believed in following your passion. Real estate was a path that had been calling me for years. Growing up, I worked in construction alongside two of Hawaiʻi’s top builders, gaining hands-on experience in every phase of the building process. That foundation inspired me to purchase and develop my first property at the age of 25 and sparked a lifelong appreciation for thoughtful property investment, craftsmanship, and the importance of protecting one of life’s greatest assets.

Today, I bring that same dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to integrity into every real estate transaction. Whether helping buyers find their dream home or guiding sellers through a successful sale, I approach every relationship with honesty, knowledge, and a genuine desire to create the best possible experience.

I absolutely love Kauaʻi. There is nothing I enjoy more than exploring this incredible island with my wife Haunani and our three children. We spend our days surfing, hiking ridgelines and remote valleys, swimming in freshwater streams, golfing, snorkeling, and simply enjoying the beauty of our island home.
