Having moved to Maui in 1989 during the second stage of development for Wailea, I envisioned being here a few years and moving on, as I had enjoyed exploring new places. Thirty years later, I can’t imagine living anywhere else, as the Maui lifestyle is captivating. I understand why Maui is No Ka ‘Oi (the best).

A majority of my time here has been spent in the Hospitality Industry as a manager of Vacation Rental properties in Kihei, Kapalua, Kaanapali, Kona (Big Island), and for the last 15 years in Wailea. Through this experience, I have enjoyed being part of helping people achieve their dreams of owning a piece of paradise.

As South Maui has been my home for 28 of these years, I’m confident that my knowledge of this area, experience in the short-term rental market, and my awareness of the real estate trends will allow me to be helpful to you if you are considering making Maui a part of your lifestyle.
