Koby Berrington

Welcome to my webpage!

Born and raised in Honolulu, I have closed more than 220 successful condo, single-family and land sales in my 33 years of experience as an O‘ahu real estate professional – from Ewa to Kailua, and from Haleiwa to Waikiki. I have been a licensed REALTOR ® since 1986 and earned my Broker’s designation in 1989. I achieved the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2006.

I pride myself in providing the highest level of service because each client's real estate transaction is one of the most significant investments that they will experience in their lifetime. As such, I feel honored that my clients entrust me with the responsibility of helping them.

Are you a real property buyer or seller? Are you entering the real estate market for the first time or are you a seasoned investor? The real estate market is full of complexities and issues that both buyers and sellers must navigate. My commitment as your REALTOR® is to provide you with the specialized service you deserve.

My satisfaction meter goes up when I find the right real estate for clients, whether it’s a house, condo, land or building. I love the challenge of the hunt, the research and the whole process of the transaction, and finally, the closing. The process creates a bond with my client that lasts for years. If they’re happy, I’m happy!

For buyers, I conduct relevant research to assist you in finding the right property for your needs and budget. I will guide you through submitting an offer, negotiation, financing, mortgage rates, moving, and all the issues involved in making informed decisions in today's market. I will take you to the most critical part of the transaction, a successful closing.

For sellers, I will provide extensive market research and market exposure to sell your property to sell your home at the right price in the least amount of time. Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, I provide my clients with a streamlined transaction process.

If you are selling your home, the key is to align yourself with the right realtor and the right company. Hawai‘i Life East O‘ahu has the tools and resources to help you create a dynamic, progressive and knowledge-based company. Their business practice aligns with my business standards of service, professionalism, loyalty and integrity.

I never imagined that the path to my life profession would lead me to a career in sales. I surprised myself when I embarked on the journey of real estate and more surprised that it would become a career. I have been able to establish a large client base through friends and family.

If you are considering buying or selling a home or would just like to have additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact me at 808-277-8135 or via email at for assistance with your O‘ahu, Hawai‘i real estate needs. I am always happyt to help REALTORS® with out-of-town referrals.

My Personal Life & Passions

I feel so blessed by my large family and my Hawai‘i life. I have a wonderful husband with whom I’ll celebrate 50 years of marriage in 2019. I am a proud mother of three children, and together they have blessed me with four amazing grandchildren.

I feel blessed to be surrounded by flowers year-round, and I often make floral arrangements for weddings, events, and floral floats. My primary passion is making lei haku, which I’ve done for over 35 years. Hula has always been a happy place for me, and I hope to continue practicing for a lifetime.

I have served on the Junior League of Honolulu where I collaborated on their first Hawai‘i´s Taste of Aloha Cookbook. My church and my Christian belief have been my life foundation. I’ve been a member of Central Union Church for over 50 years. I am active on the World Mission Committee and volunteer my time to help with the Family Promise Program, to assist local families in transition to permanent housing.
