Jasmine was born and raised on the island of Oahu. She grew up in Kailua and has resided in Honolulu, Ewa Beach and Makakilo. After High School, she took a temporary position with Title Guaranty Escrow Services and fell in love with the nuances of Escrow, Title, and Real Estate. With her strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, that temporary position became her career.
Throughout her time in the Title & Escrow industry, she learned multiple distinct aspects of the business including Residential, Refinance, Commercial, New Projects & Timeshare, Title, Bureau of Conveyance Process, Land Court Process and more. After 16 years in Title & Escrow, she made the permanent move to Real Estate by joining Choi International.
Jasmine has earned the Military Relocation Profession (MRP), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and e-PRO designations. Over the years, she has been honored to receive the Aloha ‘Āina REALTOR nomination by her clients; the Aloha ‘Āina REALTOR® Awards Program, honors and officially recognizes REALTORS® who excel in the real estate profession and provide exceptional service to their clients. Most recently, Jasmine received her Broker License.
In her leisure, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her 23-year Army veteran husband and their blended family. When her schedule permits, she loves to travel and visit her adult children, granddaughter, and siblings on the mainland. In the early ‘90s, she worked at her father’s gym, Bret’s Gym, which was a landmark in Kailua. She enjoys and takes pride in upholding her father’s weightlifting tradition by working out and challenges herself in the Spartan Race.
