Harmoni Elliott Akao

A Hawaii Kai native, Harmoni is a small business owner turned real estate agent. Her focus is on single family homes, condos and small multi-family investment opportunities. Harmoni promotes real estate ownership as a means to a better life- whether it’s an investment in your own primary residence or an investment in cash flowing rental properties. She is licensed in both Hawaii and California and is actively assisting clients in Honolulu, Hawaii and Santa Cruz, California.

Harmoni’s educational background includes a Japan-focused MBA from Shidler College of Business at University of Hawaii, undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Japanese from Pacific University in Oregon and a one-year study abroad program at Kansai Gaidai in Osaka, Japan. She owned and operated an international student housing company in Honolulu for eight years prior to moving into the real estate realm. Travel, yoga and listening to podcasts are her favorite pastimes in addition to spending time with her husband and three children.
