Dani Dooley

For Dani Dooley, real estate is about people, not property. Clients often describe Dani as someone who makes them feel genuinely taken care of. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive to the needs of those she serves. Dani learned this young, working alongside her father in his real estate office. There she learned how to care for clients and manage the many details of a transaction, while always focusing on the client’s goals.

Today, Dani brings that foundation, along with her experience as a business owner and teacher, to her real estate practice. Her approach is grounded in thoughtful strategy, honest advice, clear communication, and genuine care. Dani is in the top 5% of Realtors on Kauai and a 5-star agent as recommended by her clients. She specializes in South and West side properties and is experienced in selling all property types.

Dani believes in giving back to the profession she is proud to be part of. She currently serves as President-Elect of the Kauaʻi Board of REALTORS® and has served on committees at both the local and state levels. She is always looking for opportunities to contribute to the profession, advocate for property ownership, and help strengthen the standards of the industry. Dani loves to learn and is always on the go. She entered university intending to become a concert pianist and left with a bachelor's degree in Apparel Design and Construction. She has a Master’s degree in education and various certifications in real estate. While real estate is an important part of Dani’s life, it is not her whole story. Her free time is spent with family, surfing, working in the garden, or taking walks with their dog.

Dani and her husband have moved 23 times in the past 32 years. All of that moving has given her a particular appreciation for finding a place to call home and making an investment that will serve generations. She brings that perspective and directs it toward helping people find the right place and make thoughtful real estate decisions here on Kauaʻi.
