Christian Dumalanta

Aloha! My name is Christian Dumalanta and I am a Maui-based Realtor with a strong focus on helping people build long-term stability for their futures through homeownership and smart real estate investing. I work with first-time buyers, growing families ready to trade up, and people interested in securing investment properties right here at home.

I was born and raised on Maui and have lived all over the island. I grew up in Kahului and Wailuku, spent my 20s in Lahaina and Paia, was living in Hana during the pandemic, and now call Kihei home. I have firsthand experience and a real understanding of how communities live, work, and grow across Maui.

My real estate journey began as an investor, not an agent. I bought my first investment property at 24, and after purchasing my second, I realized if I could successfully invest in real estate at a young age, anyone could. That experience pushed me to get licensed in 2016 with the goal of helping others here do the same with the right guidance and strategy. Paired with access to Hawai‘i Life’s deeply rooted network of local connections, my clients can also count on island insights and strong market knowledge with support that’s tailored to their specific needs.

Outside of real estate, I stay active as a trader and investor in markets like crypto and futures. I am also passionate about music, philosophy, fitness, and nutrition. Most importantly, I am a proud husband and father.
