There were many other players in this process (such as the broker, the escrow company, the home inspector); Betty Jean’s networking abilities were helpful as she introduced us to these professionals and coordinated the process between these people. She was willing to be on site for us as needed, since we were not on the island. She did whatever was necessary to ensure a smooth transition.
