ParkSide by Gentry Models Unveiled

I recently visited the 5 new models for ParkSide by Gentry, and they are fabulous! In Gentry style, the floor plans all are open with the kitchens poised for entertaining! The outdoor space looks very inviting as well, and ready for your outdoor dining and BBQs.

Here’s a breakdown of the 5 different floor plans:

Plan 1: Makena

Model of Makena: 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, Total Living Area: 1,231 sq. ft.

Plan 2: Ka’ena

Model of Ka’ena: 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, Total Living Area: 1,294 sq. ft.

Loft Option in Lieu of 4th Bedroom for Plans 2 and 2M

Plan 3: Wailua

Model of Wailua: 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, Total Living Area: 1,429 sq. ft.

Plan 4: Hapuna

Layout Options in Lieu of the 4th Bedroom:

• Plan 2 and 2M – Loft/Sitting room on the second floor
• Plan 3 – Master Retreat (similar to a sitting room) or Suite
• Plan 4 – Den
• Plan 5 – Master Retreat or Suite in lieu of the 5th bedroom

All plans feature a 2-car enclosed garage, covered entry, and options for a covered lanai. All homes are 2 stories with all bedrooms upstairs, and contain energy saving features such as solar water heaters and LED lighting.

Parkside Lottery

There will be a total of 235 homes in ParkSide. The first Phase of 11 homes is sold out. Phase 2 lottery packet has been released! We have 10 homes in Phase 2 (Lot 1 has been reserved by an employee). Approximate move-in date is July/August 2014.

• The deadline to turn in the paperwork is Thursday, June 5, 2014
• The lottery date is Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 11 a.m.
