Good question about vacation rentals, Annie! At the Pointe at Waikoloa, a unit may not be leased or rented for a term of less than thirty days.
The Pointe is a low key, quiet complex and the views say it all. You can sit on the lanai on New Year’s Eve and see fireworks going off at all the major hotels; it’s really awsome. Anyone interested in serious views and excellent value should think about buying at the Pointe.
