    My Sellers and I are so excited to be participating! I can’t believe how many calls I’ve gotten since we announced that their property would be included in the November auction.

    @Beth… and the naysayers claim auctions don’t work. I think you’re already living, breathing proof THEY DO. We are hired to sell our client’s property, right? Doesn’t matter how it gets sold, so long as it does… well done, Beth!!!

    Yes I would agree that the Auction process is simply an alternative way to marketing your properties. How to you draw more attention to beautiful properties that have been on the market a while? This PEAC Auction has viewers that would never accidently find these properties any other way. And with so few Hawaiian properties being offered at this Auction, any of the PEAC Auction International Buyers looking for Hawaiian properties will have some of the most beautiful to chose from.

    Some people have the misconception that because something is going to Auction that it is distressed or selling very discounted, which isn’t how sauvy or seasoned buyers view Auction products.
