Attention Sellers and Realtor(s) – Last Chance to Sell Your Property at Auction, November 26, 2011

Looking for an innovative way to sell property in Hawaii? Auctions work.

Hawaii Life and Premier Estates Auction Company have teamed up to offer a multi-island, statewide auction over Thanksgiving weekend

Sellers…motivated to sell your (non-distressed) property? Ready to sell your property and get on with the rest of your life? How do you feel about paying ZERO dollars in brokerage fees?

REALTORS…have an incredible property to sell, but unhappy with the slow pace of showings? Do you feel like your listing would sell if only more people were looking at it? Want to get paid for your listings that aren’t selling?

Hawaii Life and Premier Estates Auction Company (PEAC) are excited to present a live, on-island, statewide auction. The auction is open for ANY seller, and ANY Real Estate Agent and Broker, regardless of which brokerage firm is holding the listing. The auction itself will be held live on the Big Island’s Kohala Coast and will include phone and internet bidding on properties all over the state of Hawaii.

My Sellers and I are so excited to be participating! I can’t believe how many calls I’ve gotten since we announced that their property would be included in the November auction.

@Beth… and the naysayers claim auctions don’t work. I think you’re already living, breathing proof THEY DO. We are hired to sell our client’s property, right? Doesn’t matter how it gets sold, so long as it does… well done, Beth!!!

Yes I would agree that the Auction process is simply an alternative way to marketing your properties. How to you draw more attention to beautiful properties that have been on the market a while? This PEAC Auction has viewers that would never accidently find these properties any other way. And with so few Hawaiian properties being offered at this Auction, any of the PEAC Auction International Buyers looking for Hawaiian properties will have some of the most beautiful to chose from.

Some people have the misconception that because something is going to Auction that it is distressed or selling very discounted, which isn’t how sauvy or seasoned buyers view Auction products.

I’m excited to see what happens! Lucy Adams
