Real Estate Friendships Sometimes Transcend "The Real Estate Deal"

There is one thing about real estate that rings true with most Realtors, and that is the relationships and friendships that quite often result from a sale. In past years, I have personally made some invaluable friendships that have transcended “The Real Estate Deal.”

One of my client’s, whom I sold a Mauna Lani condo to, has several talented children. One of them, Katie, who about four years ago tied for 2^nd place in the very popular TV program called, “So You Think You Can Dance.” She tied, but still won $50,000. Good work Katie!

She has gone on to do many creative things in the dance world including back-up dancer for many famous singers like Jennifer Lopez, Rhianna, etc. Plus, choreographing, making exercise videos, etc. She is a busy girl, doing well, but her dad sent me an e-mail telling me his daughter is really working too hard and so he sent me a photo demonstrating that point.

Yeah Katie, I wish I were working that hard! Thanks Dennis, for being a great client and keeping me updated on the kids.
