This Diamond Head home (MLS# 1107885) just came back on the market for $6,900,000
This isn’t too bad of a price considering a penthouse condo a block away at the Tahitienne recently sold for $4,025,000. I wrote about this home last year. Back then, it was listed for the same price of $6,900,000.
Since then, it went back up to $8,900,000 in March. It was also listed as high as $14,995,000 in 2009! Today’s price of $6,900,000 is starting to look really attractive, especially when you consider a non-oceanfront home on the slopes of Diamond Head fetched $10,400,000 earlier this year.
