Hawaii Five-O (Oia'i'o) Visits Kuliouou Real Estate

The first season of the Hawaii Five-O wrapped up on Monday with the season finale.

This Kuliouou home (MLS# 1015416) is near where McGarrett paid a visit to Kamekona

I would say this first season was a success with the show taking the #1 ratings spot for 13 of the 24 episodes. As all eyes were on Hawaii for one last week, the writers kept us hanging with another thriller. Laura Hill, the governor’s assistant (played by Hawaii’s Kelly Hu), is taken out with a car bomb. The obvious suspect is Wo Fat.

As the Five-O team starts digging, McGarrett discovers that it was Hill that was sending him bits and pieces of evidence from his father’s toolbox and investigation. McGarrett later gets framed as they discover his fingerprints all over Hill’s residence. As HPD closes in on Five-O headquarters to arrest him, he escapes and heads to Kamekona’s home in Kuliouou.

This home on Kuliouou Road (MLS# 1104806) is available for $789,000

Kuliouou is a beautiful valley between Niu Valley and Hawaii Kai. Another one of Hawaii’s famous actors, Keanu Reeves, is part of the Reeves family that lives in Kuliouou.

When McGarrett hooks up with Kamekona, he packs some weapons to go after his number #1 suspect, which was the governor, after he found photos of Hill in a desk in the governor’s office. Unfortunately, it looks like she was linked to Wo Fat, and Wo Fat ends up shooting her and framing McGarrett.

Kono also gets arrested for stealing money from HPD’s headquarters in episode 12 where Hesse tried to kill Chin Ho. Although the show was a success, things weren’t looking too good for the Five-O team…when “to be continued” came on screen, they’ve definitely hooked us all for next season!
