We had another amazingly beautiful day in Kona for our weekly caravan. The bright blue sky with white billowy clouds after recent rains was accented by the higher than normal surf swell as it pounded against the shoreline. Simply gorgeous. But, I’ve come to expect that here in paradise!

Cool… mahalo for the confirmation, Katie. The lucky buyer of this home will surely get a good deal! Which one of us is going to write up the first offer?
As a semi-professional bocce ball player, please be sure to introduce me to the buyer(s) that you represent when they purchase this property, so I can have a place to practice my skills on the Big Island.
Aloha, Martha… this was Erik and my pick too – the best priced, most value for your money on yesterday’s caravan! Great minds think alike!!

Did you see the Bocce Ball Court in the back yard? That might be the only one in Kona. This is a great house Martha.
Yes, I saw the Bocce Ball Court. Great space. I think it could also be converted to a wonderful lap pool!
