Great complex, excellent location, and a very strong renter. If you decide to pursue, avoid bulding 4 at all costs. Renters are becoming more savvy about individual buildings, and it is the least desirable — even 8 and 9 are way better, and same price.

I’ve heard some good things about the Kamaole Sands complex. It would be great to own a unit there as an investment for future retirement! :)
