If you rent a Maui condo right on the ocean if you can, try to do this is to physically see the property before agreeing to rent, because people are fooled alltime. If you do not get what they expect, not what the policy is going to spend all the time or transfer to another apartment, if possible.

Thank you, Tobi…Yes, I completely underestimated Hokulani Golf Villas until I took the time to walk the property and take a long look at one of the units. GREAT value for the money.
