Since Beth seems determined to sell every "Top Big Island Condo Deal" at the Waikoloa Beach resort (and it's no wonder, she really is an expert in this specific market) I'd like to propose Top Big Island Condo Deals at the Mauna Kea Resort.

The first one is located in Kauna'oa, makai of the highway, a brand new luxury unit for $2,500,000: http://www.hawaiilife.com/property221622-1.html. This is a developer slashing prices 36% in a limited-time sale.

The second is located in Wai'ula'ula, mauka of the highway, for $800,000: http://www.hawaiilife.com/property227134-1.html. This is a short sale, originally sold for $1,253,000 in October, 2006.

Obviously, at the Mauna Kea Resort, there is a large difference in pricing for properties makai (toward the ocean) of the Queen K highway, and those located mauka (toward the mountain) of the highway.

Justin, thanks for posting the link. I submitted two Top Deals from the Big Island for this list. By the time it went to press, I already had a buyer for one of them, opening escrow today! Point is, if people are looking for a condo deal in Hawaii, the real deals tend to move, so I recommend finding an agent they trust to be on the lookout for them.
Aloha
