Check out what’s in store and make the most of your time with friends and family!

Agricultural Micro Grant Program 6.0

Before we get into the weekend fun, I wanted to make sure you all were aware of the latest grant opportunity from Maui Economic Opportunity (MEO). The Agricultural Micro Grant Program 6.0 offers financial support to small-scale farmers and ranchers on Maui, Molokai, and Lanai. Eligible applicants can receive grants up to $25,000 to help with expenses such as equipment, supplies, and business development, making it easier for local growers to thrive and contribute to the island’s food sustainability.

Seabury Hall’s annual Art with Heart takes place this Saturday night. Showtime is 7 pm and Gallery opens at 6 pm. Tickets $15 with discounts for students and kupuna.  All proceeds this year will benefit a fellow student’s medical bills. Anything Else This Weekend or Next?

I am always looking to promote other weekend activities for Maui organizations. If we are missing anything, drop me a line any time for future happenings. Mahalo!!!

Real Estate

As of January 22nd, we have 1674 active and 242 pending listings. 12.6% under contract, which is about where we’ve been holding. Assuming this still reflects the effects of Bill 9, it’s likely the market excluding condos is doing a few points better. Rates are improving as well.

I am here to go over latest figures and discuss your plans for Real Estate on Maui.

I have been busy working on a project that will be coming to market soon. 20 acres of ocean view organic farmland in Waiehu! I’m so excited to share Kuawa Olu with you all. Stay tuned!
