Thank you for your newsletter. I was a resident and owner of a condo at HNL PARK PLACE downtown Beretania cor Nuuano. My daughter was studying at University of Hawaii at Manoa, and living in Honolulu at that time ( 1996-2012) was really wonderful times for us. Since then we have moved to California, but I always wanted to get a home again in Honolulu. The prices however for condos are affordable, but the HOA are just too, too much! I would prefer a condo but if there is a chance to find a nice home without those expensive maintenance fees, then you can send me some choices. I live in California and Philippines as a retiree, so I can receive communications either through email, or zoom.
