Lydia Pedro

Lydia Pedro is passionate about helping people find their perfect home in Hawaii. With over 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry, she specializes in luxury homes, vacation properties, and investment opportunities across Maui, Oahu, and the Big Island. Whether it’s a first home, second home, or investment property, she takes pride in offering personalized service rooted in trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of Hawaii’s unique market.

Born in Texas and raised in California, Lydia later moved to Hawaii to attend Hawaii Pacific University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration. Lydia’s professional journey began with the Navy and Marine Corps before transitioning into retail and commercial real estate, where she led teams of over 200 employees and oversaw operations for 11 retail stores across the islands. She also worked internationally, an experience that broadened her perspective on global markets and client needs.

As Vice President of a commercial firm, Lydia managed properties on Front Street in Lahaina and beyond, gaining deep insight into each island’s distinct character. She has had the honor of working with clients from around the world—many of whom have become repeat clients and friends.

In addition to real estate, Lydia serves on the Board of Directors for Hawaii Life Community Foundation and Vertical Sports, where she supports local nonprofits and at-risk youth. She is a trained family and marriage educator, fluent in English, Spanish, and Aloha.

Outside of work, Lydia enjoys the simple pleasures—watching sunsets, snorkeling, and spending time with her family. She’s always seeking new places to explore and cultures to learn from. Her commitment to community, integrity, and the Aloha spirit is at the heart of everything she does.
