Jeanie Schmaltz

As a lifelong resident of Honolulu, my appreciation for architecture and our unique sense of community naturally led me to a career in real estate. Before entering the industry, I was pursuing a career in nursing, where I developed the compassion, communication skills, and strong work ethic that continue to define my approach to serving clients today.

In 1998, I became a Realtor Associate and have since represented buyers and sellers throughout Oʻahu, as well as on Maui and Hawaiʻi Island. Almost three decades later, I remain passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals and guiding them through one of life's most important decisions.

Throughout my career, I have been honored with numerous industry recognitions, including being named one of Honolulu Magazine's Best in Hawaiʻi Real Estate, recognized as one of Honolulu's top luxury real estate agents by Modern Luxury Magazine, and earning placement among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide by RealTrends Verified. While I deeply appreciate these accolades, my greatest professional achievement has been serving as Broker-in-Charge of Hawaiʻi Life's Kahala office. In this leadership role, I have the privilege of mentoring, coaching, and supporting fellow agents, helping them grow professionally just as others supported me throughout my own career.

Community service has always been an important part of my life. I am a longtime supporter of the Hawaiian Humane Society, Boys & Girls Club of Hawaiʻi, the American Heart Association, and The Joyful Heart Foundation. I was also proud to serve as a Hawaiʻi Heart volunteer, contributing to fundraising efforts and community outreach on behalf of The Joyful Heart Foundation.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Emma, along with family and friends. I love cooking, discovering great restaurants, playing tennis, hiking, practicing yoga, reading, and walking Emma through our East Honolulu neighborhood. Traveling is another passion, with New York City remaining my favorite destination for its exceptional dining, Broadway performances, world-class museums, and remarkable architecture. More recently, I've had the opportunity to explore Marrakech, Cairo, Italy, Malta, Monaco, and Athens, and I look forward to discovering Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Norway, and other parts of Europe.

Known for my integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for my clients, I have earned the trust and respect of both colleagues and those I represent. With deep local roots, extensive market knowledge, and years of leadership experience, I am committed to providing thoughtful guidance and exceptional service to private and corporate clients throughout Hawaiʻi.
