Jake Chancer

Jake Chancer R(B) recently represented the record-setting $10.25M sale of Hale Kea Koa in the Fairways South at Mauna Kea Resort, the highest recorded sale in the history of the Fairways North and South communities. As part of the Hawai‘i Life Mauna Kea Team, he contributes to a track record of over $1.2 billion in transactions on the Kohala Coast since 2019 and more than $520M in Mauna Kea Resort closings since 2020.

Born and raised in Waimea on the Big Island, Jake has a lifelong connection to the Kohala Coast and its resort communities. After graduating from Hawai‘i Preparatory Academy, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Corporate Communications in Southern California, where he also launched his real estate career with Radius Group, Santa Barbara’s leading commercial real estate team.

Coming from a real estate family, Jake is the son of Bob Chancer, one of the principal leaders of the Hawai‘i Life Mauna Kea Team. Growing up surrounded by the business, Jake developed an early understanding of the market that now informs his work as a trusted advisor.

Today, Jake blends disciplined market analysis with a modern, relationship-driven approach. Known for his integrity, energy, and creativity, he combines local knowledge with Hawai‘i Life’s decade-long leadership in the luxury market, delivering global reach and comprehensive marketing for clients at the very top of the market.

Outside of real estate, Jake is a devoted husband and father, an active member of the community, and enjoys surfing, golf, tennis, and sharing the best of Hawai‘i Island with clients and friends.
