Austin MacArthur

Austin MacArthur is a third-generation Maui REALTOR® and seventh-generation kamaʻāina. He is a member of MacArthur Team Maui, a family-run team based at Hawai’i Life’s Shops at Wailea office, serving buyers and sellers in Wailea, Mākena, and Kīhei.

The family’s Maui real estate history starts with Austin’s tūtū, Helen MacArthur, who helped found one of Maui’s original real estate companies in 1972, among the first in Wailea. His father, Brad MacArthur, is a second-generation broker and the team’s Broker in Charge (RB-17807). Austin and his brother Tyler (RS-82798) are the third generation. Together the team brings more than 40 years of combined Maui real estate experience. Recent featured team sales range from $3.3 million to $8.3 million, including oceanfront condominiums in Mākena and single-family homes in Wailea and Kīhei.

Austin grew up on Maui and attended Kamehameha Schools Maui. He earned a B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of San Francisco. Before real estate, he worked at JPMorgan and First Republic Bank in San Francisco, advising ultra-high-net-worth clients on personalized financial strategies. That background shapes how he works with buyers, sellers, and investors: careful listening, clear numbers, and long-term relationships.

Outside work, Austin surfs, kiteboards, and plays golf around Maui.
