Since earning my license in 2017, I’ve sold nearly $40M in Kaua‘i real estate and had the privilege of training under some of the island’s most respected luxury brokers. My approach is simple: blend strategy with heart, expertise with humor, and negotiation with grace.

I serve clients island-wide, but the North Shore is home base for me, my husband, and our three little ones. I have deep experience in vacation rentals, first-time buyers, and high-end properties, but what really drives me is connection—matching great people with great homes. With a background in marketing, I lean on storytelling, digital strategy, and creative deal-making to deliver results that feel effortless (even when they’re not).

Before real estate, I worked in environmental marketing for the Department of Energy, saving one Superfund site at a time. After a busy few years in Memphis, I came to Kaua‘i for what was supposed to be a short break. One week later, I drove past the “Grateful Waterfall,” whispered that I was grateful to call this island home—and I never left.

I’m a proud University of Tennessee graduate (Go Vols!) and a southern girl at heart who found her forever home in Hawai‘i. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me playing pickleball, chasing my kids at the beach, or scouting our next Kaua‘i adventure. I love what I do, I love where I live, and I’m honored to be your first friend on the island.
