REALTOR(S)

Originally from San Jose CA, Tom has spent his career in the Semiconductor / High Technology industry. For over 20 years he has owned an Optical Microscope company. Owning his own business has given him a unique perspective on customer relations. His motto: Communication is the key to a successful transaction.

After purchasing their first property on the Big Island in 2006, Tom and his family, made the full time move to Kona in 2008. After a few years in Kona, they moved to Waimea and have recently moved to the Big Island’s, South Kohala Coast and now live and work in the Waikoloa Beach Area.

Throughout the years he has purchased and sold, Residential, Commercial and Vacation Rental properties in California, Nevada (Reno and Incline Village) and, of course, here on the Big Island. Tom drew from his business and real estate experience and made the decision to help those who wanted to purchase or sell property in this unique slice of paradise.

He is never far from the Real Estate world. As a professional Real Estate / Architectural photographer, he enjoys photographing properties and capturing unique perspectives that a seller or a vacation rental owner would like to convey.

Tom, his wife Debbie and their Daughter Jennifer, donate their time and a portion of his commissions to Special Olympics West Hawaii (His daughter is a participant) and to KARES (Kohala Animal Rescue Education Services) Hawaii.

Tom has sold property all over the Big Island. He is taking that experience and is now working full time in the Kohala Districts as well as North Kona.

Aloha,
Tom
