Tiphany Myers

I grew up in Minnesota and was raised in the home construction and real estate industry, as my father designed, built and sold houses for over 40 years. From a young age, I remember going to job sites and sweeping the subfloors, picking up nails and talking to (distracting is probably more like it) all the subcontractors, as a five year old would normally do. At 15, I started selling the model homes and inspecting houses during the Parade of Homes to report what designs I liked, didn’t like and how much quality went into building the house and the little details. So, I guess you can say that real estate is in my blood.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Advertising/Public Relations, have worked in television and radio, management and owned my own massage therapy business. All that experience has helped me be a more effective communicator and strive for perfection in the work I do. But mostly, I have a passion for helping people.

From the first time my husband and I came to the Big Island, we knew this was home. After a few more visits, with each time being harder to leave, we knew the island had called to us and this was where we wanted to plant our roots. After finally moving, it was time to make real estate my career official. Throughout the years, I’ve been taught the importance of home ownership, and taking pride in that ownership. Having followed my dream of living in Hawai'i, I love being able to help people find their dream home, a second home, downsize or trade up, and pass along that pride of homeownership in paradise. It brings me joy to watch client’s faces light up when they find their new home! I also love helping people sell and watch them continue their journey with a new adventure.

The Big Island has so much to offer and we enjoy taking in the outdoor life. In my downtime, I enjoy gardening, being home with my husband and blind pugs, going for a hike and driving over to the local winery and national park. Being from the north, one of my favorite pastimes, is going to the cooler climates to throw on a sweatshirt but then being able to head down to the beach to watch the sunset. I look forward to helping you Live Aloha and achieve your real estate goals!
