REALTOR BROKER, BROKER IN CHARGE KAUAI

As the Broker-in-Charge of Hawaii Life on Kauai, I’m responsible for business development and the management, training, and contract review for 40+ sales associates. My team and I have produced $4 billion in sales on Kauai and Hawaii Life remains the top selling and listing real estate brokerage on the island.

Prior to my current role as Broker-In-Charge, I managed Hawaii Life’s standing listing contracts for bank-owned assets, including Bank of America and Chase Bank, while maintaining my brokerage practice for individual clients. I still represent corporate clients for the company as well as my individual clients. I obtained my real estate license in 2000 and was the first broker to join Hawaii Life when the company formed in 2008. I previously served as the Broker-in-Charge for one of the largest residential firms in Hawaii, Century 21 All Islands.

I moved to Kauai in 1995 from Harbin Hot Springs in Northern California. Over the years, I’ve lived in Germany for school and on the island of Zakynthos, Greece for the food and wine. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University. I currently live in Princeville with my wife Lauren and our three children. When I’m not on the job (and sometimes even when I am) we enjoy Kauai with regular hikes and beach time around the North Shore and frequent trips to our favorite cabin in Kokee State Park.

Aloha,
Rod
