Julie is a Big Island resident with over twenty years experience in the local real estate market, including sales, appraisals, mortgages and real estate administration. She has worked "island-wide" from Puna to Volcano, Hilo to Waikola, Kona to Captain Cook - full circle. Julie understands the importance of education and keeping current with the latest guidelines and trends. She has obtained her ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representation), GREEN Designation, and SFR Designation. She works with both buyers and sellers. As a strong supporter of the Big Island Community, Julie is an active volunteer for the Humane Society, the Big Island Food Bank and other local organizations.
