I have been a Realtor for 40 years in Hawaii, and I have completed more than 500 successful transactions in my career, including condo conversion project sales, leased to fee, residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Since I am originally from Macau, I grew up in Hong Kong. Many of my clients are primarily Chinese-speaking from Hong Kong. Naturally, I am fluent in Chinese and English.
I first moved to San Francisco with my brother Eddie Flores (the founder of L & L Hawaiian Barbecue) in 1963, and later returned to Hawaii in 1965. My husband, Denis and I, have three beautiful, loving and successful daughters.
Before launching my real estate career in the late 1970s, I ran a successful upscale wholesale jewelry business with my mother and brother, traveling across the country and around the world. I loved the challenges of my business but opted for family life. I now devote most of my time and energy to real estate and my grandchildren, who live in Washington State and California.
After all these years, I still love working in real estate and making lasting friends in this business. With no plans to retire any time soon, I love the social aspect of my job, helping clients to understand the buying and selling process.
