David Gross

David Gross embraces integrity, communication and detail in real estate service. Growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio David started his sales experience selling on Ebay at the age of fourteen. Coming from a modest family, he understands the perseverance and persistence needed to excel in business. Since David’s first job in a mall food court at the age of fifteen, his hard work and understanding of goal setting have afforded him countless opportunities, such as moving to Maui in 2006.

Resident of Kihei, David’s passion for travel has taken him to places like Thailand, New Zealand, the Caribbean, and most of the United States to name a few. Having also lived abroad in Australia, he understands how nerve-wracking relocating to a foreign place can be. In his free time, David enjoys sunny days at the beach, SUP boarding, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, hiking and relaxing at home with his wife and dog.

David’s hospitality, tourism and management experience prior to working as a full-time Realtor have influenced his focus toward customer service. He utilizes his market knowledge, technology and work ethic to go above and beyond for his clients. David has a passion to help others realize their Maui real estate goals and demonstrates this through his actions.
