What’s happening at Kukio, the world’s most exquisite, private beach club?

The spirit of Kukio speaks loudly in the attention to perfection that is seen, felt and tasted as your senses are heightened by this magnificent place.

I have a bit of a soft spot for Kukio, the main reason is they have authentic South African Thatch Roofs throughout the whole development. I am from South Africa, so when I first went to check out Kukio to see what it’s all about, I got this warm fuzzy feeling that I was home. And that’s exactly what Kukio is all about: Ohana “Family Home.”

Kukio’s essence is focused on lifestyle living, featuring a wide variety of fitness classes from yoga to spinning and so much more. The spa breathes you into its beauty, offering an indoor outdoor vibe, with a ice cold water plunge, hot sauna’s, meditation rooms, rejuvenation is a given.

The outdoor activities/ocean sports are unparalleled to anything I have seen, from morning outrigger canoe paddling with dolphins, to catching a game of tennis with friends, to surf lessons, while blending the authentic Hawaiian culture. And there is more yumminess, a world class golf course, Nanea, a golfers dream course nested on the slopes of Mount Hualalai.

After your activities, you have a choice of two restaurants, The Beach Club or the Golf Course restaurant.

Kukio is blessed to have Executive Chef Nick Mastrascusa, ensuring each bite will blow you away. Well I am always blown away on how incredibly good the food tastes. And the best part is most everything is local.

Since the Covid pandemic the Luxury Real Estate market has completely taken off and it has been challenging finding luxury homes for potential buyers, especially at Kukio.
