Tune in Saturday Nights at 5PM to 91.7FM Mana’o Radio

Gayle Lewis is no stranger to the World of music, being a DJ on the Mana’o Radio Show, ‘Past, Present and Forgotten,’ since 2012.

“Music and Maui have been in my soul since 1965 and still spinning. Jerry Lee Lewis was my first concert at War Memorial Gym in Wailuku in the late 1960s,” says Gayle Lewis.

She’s also seen James Brown, B.B. King, Michael Jackson, and Prince live in concert, just to name a few.

“I enjoy mixing many genres: World Fusion, Future Funk, Lounge FM, Soul Jazz, Mystic Chill and beyond, which creates positive feelings all over and that is therapy.” she continues.

You’ll hear a wide range of blended music anywhere from Classic Rock to R&B, Blues, and Jazz to accent the PAST. Nu-Jazz, Indie, World Beat are some of the representations of the PRESENT – with subtle hints of the Forgotten.

You’ll also discover Trop-Hop, Vapor Wave, Breaks, Chillhop, Funk Fusion, EDM Delight, and Bossa Groove among many others.

So tune in to the sounds of the ‘Past, Present, Forgotten’ with Gayle Lewis on 91.7FM Mana’o Radio, Saturday nights from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Underwritten by Dave Futch, Realtor Salesperson for Hawai’i Life.
