It’s been days since the “stay at home order” came out on Oahu, Hawaii. Clients from Japan also canceled their trips to Hawaii, and my appointment book suddenly turned white. I couldn’t imagine this happening until last week. Clients who had planned to purchase properties now watching videos and 3D tours from their country.
This morning’s newspaper said 20,000 workers layoffs in Waikiki alone. It’s quite a pain, which shows how we are relying on tourism. I am truly hoping “Hawaii” will come back as soon as possible. Therefore, it is only the way to stay home to prevent not to spread the virus. The most important thing right now is take every precaution needed to get through the current situation.
